BSC has worked as a subcontrator for my company, Daily Construction, for years. They have been an integral part of new home construction, renovations, decks, porches and finish work. Jose Soliz, the owner, is knowledgeable and a great communicator. His team consists of dedicated craftsmen that have stayed with him year after year. I trust Jose and his team so much that they have worked on my own home as well as a project we had in New York. BSC is a fantastic construction crew and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The availability of competent labor to execute to the level we require has been difficult. Subcontract labor has often proven to be nothing short of a babysitting service for people having just arrived on island with tools and limited skills.

In the last few years I have had the fortune of developing a working relationship with Jose Soliz. I have known Jose for many years and was admittedly reluctant to bring him in. He was persistent and insisted he would provide good men for whatever period of time my team required and they would be personally be supervised by him.

He has proven to be flexible and valuable. There is a good work ethic presented. Our project management and supervision have found it easy to have Jose’s men pick up our required technique and more importantly have the patience to meet our standards.
