BSC Builders and Property Management is a construction company specializing in custom homes on Nantucket. BSC Builders was founded by Jose Soliz. Jose purchased his first property when he was 22 years old. He learned along the way just how stressful a simple renovation can be, so he identifies with every homeowner in that situation. In this journey, he has had the opportunity to create and maintain great relationships with the premier contractors on Nantucket.
We’ve been working with Daily Construction since 2018, creating a strong and solid relationship. We have been involved in almost every project for Frank Daily since that time. We have also had the fortune to be involved with Reid Builders since 2016, and we are proud to have been a part of one of their projects on the largest property ever sold on Nantucket built for Reid Builders.
BSC Builders is a company comprised of permanent carpenters who have been with us for years. We also utilize subcontractor labor to ensure the delivery of quality work, always on time.
